Vendor Information

Reunion Day (Thursday, August 15th) will be held Rain or Shine!!

  • Entry Fee:

    • Food Vendors: $35.00 per 10’ x 10’ space, PER DAY

    • All Other Vendors: $25.00 per 10’ x 10’ space, PER DAY

  • All vendors must furnish all materials needed to operate.

  • Trailer size, including the tongue, must be taken into consideration when purchasing spaces.

  • The sale of alcohol is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, unless approved by the Soldiers Reunion Executive Board!!

  • Once you are in your assigned spot, you will not be allowed to leave, due to the streets being closed.

  • You are responsible for leaving the area in the same manner that you found it and making sure there is no grease left on the streets and sidewalks. If you are found leaving grease behind, you are at risk of facing clean-up fees and/or fines up to $500 by the City of Newton and/or Soldiers Reunion, Inc. Please utilize the grease disposal in the parking lot located at 210 North Ashe Ave. Newton, NC 28658. Refer to photo to the right.

  • Upon approval of your application, you will receive further instructions and information on when and where to set up.

  • Due to limited space, space rental will not be guaranteed until the registration fee is received. IF YOU CANCEL REGISTRATION, PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON. You will be given a space rental credit for the next year’s Soldiers Reunion.
